Our Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of quotation and payment of deposit will be taken as acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and fully understand what is written below. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Wrap-Smith has no insurable interest in any customers vehicles delivered to our premises and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to
customer’s vehicles/goods. It is the responsibility of our clients/customers to
ensure their vehicles/goods are fully insured whilst on Wrap-Smith premises.

Wrap-Smith requests all customers to deliver vehicle clean and free from grease and wax to allow nessecary paint and bodywork assesment prior to installation. Failer to meet the above will result in negative assesment where Wrap-Smith takes no responsibility for any bodywork damages.

Please note, that Wrap-Smith will not be held responsible for the replacement of vehicle furniture on any vehicle where application requires to be removed. Some clips and moldings are not designed for more than one fixing. The Wrap- Smith will also not be held responsible for vehicle badges or parts that need to be removed and/or are damaged during the application process.

Deposit and payments

A 50% deposit is payable within three days from date of the provisional booking, with the balance due on date of departure.

A further 50% must be paid at completion of work by the date specified on the invoice sent.

Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in a 5% daily charge of full invoice.

All extra charges on top of the original quotation will be invoiced within 7 days once the job is complete.

Cancellation policy

Customers who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;

•    if cancellation occurs 15 days or more in advance of installation date full deposit will be refunded

•    if cancellation occurs 5 days or less of arrival date o refund issued, the full amount of booking due.

Refund will be paid back to the customer within 14 days from the date where all details (acc no; sort code, etc) will be given.  

Non-arrival customers, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.


All costs provided include VAT where applicable and are valid for thirty days from the date of the quotation.

The costs provided when quoting are guide prices based upon what we anticipate the creative, time and production requirements to be based on previous experience and on typical processes, plus customer co-operation in provision of content, deadlines, and approval. Within reason, additional charges may be payable if there are significant variations to this, although the customer would be made aware of this well in advance. Charges are unlikely to deviate from those quoted unless requirements change significantly.

If a quotation has been provided where a job will be approached in ‘stages’, each stage will need to be paid in full on completion of each stage, before the Wrap-smith is able to progress to the next stage.

Visualization charges

Visualization prior to the future project contains two creative options per brief for the client to choose from. Visualization is free of charge if the client decides to ahead with the work presented. Although clients are not contract-bound to use the company to provide final service, in this case, the cost of £75 for visual apply. It is highly recommended for quality control to continue work with the Wrap-smith. If a client prefers to use their own print supplier or installation team, the Wrap-smith will simply provide artwork directly to the client to manage and forward, and will be unable to monitor, advise or take any responsibility for the process or final output.

Project | visualization approval

At the end of each stage of the process (including – but not limited to – before sending an item to print, etc) the client will need to ‘sign-off’ their approval either in person or by email. No further development can be undertaken until the Wrap-smith is in receipt of written approval confirmation. Any amends to work after signed approved may incur additional charges for further time spent, although the client would be made aware of this in advance.

Copyrights |Portfolio

Until payment is received in full, all designs, artwork, and rights to design and artwork (whether in digital or printed format) remain the intellectual property of Wrap-smith. Full copyright and ownership of all ‘commissioned’ work will reside with Wrap-smith until full payment has been received, at which point the company will surrender to the client, all claims of ownership and full copyright for final work produced (not including alternative designs, concepts, options, files, images or documents developed throughout the process). This agreement is subject to appropriate credit and acknowledgment appearing and the Wrap-smith right to use the work for self-promotion in its portfolio, in presentations, in advertising, in print and online.


The client agrees to alert the company in writing to any defects or problems in relation to work and services provided, within 30 days of the final invoice date.

Warranty is only valid if below terms and conditions are strictly follow.

The vehicle MUST arrive for the routine check after two weeks, one month, three months and a year of a job completed.

Above routine checks are necessary to maintain satisfactory material conditions and to keep valid manufacturer warranty.

Also, vehicle cleaning instructions are strictly followed. Instructions are given after the work is completed together with a warranty card. No stamp on warranty car will result in breaking warranty terms and condition.

The Wrap-smith will not be liable for any claims made after the period of one year or if warranty conditions are not followed.a
